Who is responsible

Visitor analytics

We use PostHog EU Cloud to understand aggregate website use, including page views, referral source, country at an approximate level, device category and newsletter sign-up events. The integration is configured in cookieless mode, does not use browser storage for analytics, does not record sessions, does not identify visitors by name or email, and respects supported Do Not Track signals.

The purpose is to understand which material is useful and to improve the website. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating and improving a privacy-conscious professional website. Analytics data is retained for no longer than the period available in our PostHog plan, currently up to one year.

Newsletter subscriptions

If you subscribe, we process your email address, confirmation status and newsletter delivery activity to send Nexum Weekly. The legal basis is your consent. We use double opt-in, so you are added to the active list only after confirming your email address.

Brevo acts as our email service provider and processes this information on our behalf. We retain the subscription while it remains active. If you unsubscribe, Brevo may retain the minimum suppression information needed to ensure that you are not emailed again.

Your choices and rights

You may withdraw newsletter consent at any time through the unsubscribe link in every email. Depending on applicable law, you may also request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal data, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in the country where you live or work.

Service providers and transfers

We use carefully selected providers to host the website, measure aggregate use and deliver email. Where processing involves a transfer outside the European Economic Area, we rely on the safeguards made available by the relevant provider, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
